  This is my honest experience with them: I have ordered 9 blinds on March 3rd. They told me it takes 3 weeks to deliver and install them. After 3 weeks they called and said there is a delay of 10 days, it could be installed the day after its here, and its because of blind manufacturer, not us. I reminded them that I have plans and the whole house is visible from outside and we have no privacy in a construction area. The manager told me: whats so urgent about the blinds, and asked not to call them again for 10 days. Super rude and unacceptable behaviour. Their customer service is simply awful. I called the manufacturer, and they confirmed that their max delivery time is two weeks. Therefore, its clear that blinds with flair did not make the order on time with the manufacturer. Yet again, I called blinds with flair after the 10 days. They said your blinds are not here yet. I asked when are they gonna be ready. They responded that we do not know and we can't tell. They continued: We are not the truck drivers. By keep on calling them every day for 3 days, they told me that my blinds are there in the store and could be installed in the next week. I told them that you promised for the installation for the next day of its delivery, but they said we do not have a free installation spot until next week. In the next week, at the appointment time, nobody showed up! I called them, the manager said I do not know where is the installer, he did not answer the calls for three days now. I told him that you could at least cancel your appointment with me on the day before so I didn't have to take off from work for no reason, he had nothing to say to me. I had to go to the store and voice my frustration. Only then they called another installer to come.

  We replaced all of our exterior windows (front of the house, side windows, back sliding door) So we need windows covering Blinds with flair salesperson that we worked with was very helpful in educating us on their products and selecting our rollers blinds. Once the blinds arrived, we were pleased with quality, finishes, and installation. However, we had some concerns with the installation. There was only 1 installer for our full house, so installation took full day. With only 1 installer, we found that there was less attention to detail. Overall, we're satisfied with our rollers blinds, but were expecting better service throughout the installation process.

  I contacted Blinds with Flair in Ottawa beside RONA on West Hunt Club Road after finding them on Web page review the installation went very smoothly. I would definitely use them again in the future. Experience + quality + excellent service + professionalism = BLINDS with FLAIR I would highly recommend Blinds with Flair.   I was in search for 4 small custom blinds for a bedroom. It was a pretty small job, that an independent wouldn't take on. The windows are a normal size, so nothing at a home depot or anything would work. I will say that I had to seek out a sales person to help me. Once they did, it was a reasonable experience. I found it to be expensive, even with a discount, and it is really good material and probably worth it, but it was the best option I could find. They were quick though. I ordered on a Thursday, called in on Friday to confirm the measurements. They were ready two weeks for the install. Not bad service

  I recently moved into a new place with tons of windows without coverings. In desperate need of some privacy, I went to Blinds with Flair. I had measured all the windows beforehand and brought these to one of the sales associates, Kevin, who helped give me a quote for all the blinds. I chose simple, roller blinds. There was a 50% promotion going on, which really helped cut down on costs. The process was simple and fast. In two weeks, I had Kevin come to my house and verify the measurements, I had ordered the blinds, and had the installer pick up them up and install them for me. Really pleased with the service and quality!
