  J'ai reçu un excellant service de la part de M. Robert Lyons. Ce représentant connais très bien ses produit. Nous avons discuté quelque minutes et il a su cerner nos besoins, il nous a présenté 2 sofa qui répondaient a ce que nous recherchions et qui ce trouvais dans le milieu de notre fourchette de budget (2000$-5000$). étant donné que je suis du genre a aimer avoir des choix dans tout la fourchette de budget, je lui ai demandé un troisième sofa qui ce situe dans le haut de la fourchette ce qu'il a fait sans problème. je recommande ses services sans hésité. I received excellent service from Mr. Robert Lyons. This representative is very knowledgeable about his product. We talked for a few minutes and he knew our needs, he presented us 2 sofa that matched what we were looking for and it was in the middle of our budget range (2000 $ -5000 $). I'm the kind of person who likes to have choices in the entire budget range, I asked him for a third sofa that is at the top of the range which he did without a problem. I recommend his services without hesitation.

  Don't waste your time going to the brick, sofa world has nice staff members who are willing to deal and understand customer service

  We were impressed with the experience from start to finish. Bruce was so straightforward and honest about the information he provided. He knew his manufacturers and their fabrics perfectly. We were told 4-6 weeks and they were bang on. The delivery guys were OUTSTANDING. I mentioned we had just had a new door installed and they treated the process like it was their home. Super careful and talking to each other constantly as they maneuvered through the door opening and hallways. They left the bubble wrap on and only removed it after the sectional pieces were where they needed to be. Very polite and down to earth. Awesome job gentlemen!!

  We went to the Merivale location about 6 months ago to look for some new furniture. It took a little longer than originally planned to put some cash together, but I absolutely wanted to go back and see Rima. She was so nice to work with. I'm in sales myself and I believe in the value of the human element just as much as the product. Please, do yourself a favour and see Rima if you're shopping for furniture. She deserves your business.

  We purchased two sofas from Sofa World within the last couple of months and we're extremely pleased with the quality of the sofas and the service. In particular, the salesman, Robert, was an absolute pleasure to work with and he made the entire shopping experience very enjoyable. Moreover, the delivery service was outstanding - the delivery was timely and professional. We can't thank Robert and Sofa World enough and we highly recommend Sofa World to anyone looking for a quality sofa and great service.
