  The problem is that they have abruptly closed shop on 17th April. Nobody answers emails. After all they have taken people's prepayments and run away. This is not a good practice! Was the arrival of spinco some sort of final straw?

  Closed unexpectedly with no notice. They didn't contact people to let them know and just sent out a vague social media announcement. No refunds for the 70$ worth of prepaid classes were offered with no apology or even an explanation in the closing post. I thought maybe it was a joke. I'm sad for the business's loss, but I think it should have been dealt with better, I feel dehumanized. Definitely not the "family" vibe they were trying to put out there.

  I discovered Spin City last September 2017, and I have been coming consistently around 4 times a week. My intention was to find a new activity just to stay fit and healthy, but I ended up losing 7 pounds! My friends always make fun of me when I tell them that I feel like I am going clubbing. To me the combination of the disco lights, the dark room, and the music make me feel like I am exercising while dancing! On top, Spin City has awesome instructors, all with their own unique style and music.

  I am very displeased with their service. I have purchase a "once a week" auto-reload membership. I had a knee injury and subsequently wanted to cancel my membership. There is no online option to cancel the membership, I then communicated with them by email. They are very slow to respond or don't. Instead of letting me cancel my membership they offered me a hold on the account and are still billing me. I will most likely have to show up in person for them to stop charging my credit card and give me a refund.

  I love the place, service and all that is provided. Hours are great too, but disco lights and all gimmicks are too distracting. I love spinning and after all these years I prefer just straight up spin with music. I want to enjoy the workout itself. Music is nothing special, very loud and the space is small so it's hard to understand what the instructor is saying. If you can't see instructor then just do the best to keep up or do tour own thing. It is a very busy place so I think most would like it. Bikes are awesome!
