  It’s currently 11am on a friday as of writing, which is fully in hours of operation. I went to this location for the first time after months of convincing myself to join a gym. I was seriously looking to subscribe for a full year membership (400+ $) and of course as I get to the door I’m welcomed with a «Back at 1pm thanks» sign. So no one is able to accept my money for 2 hours? No one is scheduled to watch the gym? Listen, I’m a pretty understanding guy, if the sign had said « back in 20 » because the guy had to get lunch or had to go to the washroom I would have waited patiently! But 2 hours is an unreasonable amount of time to be closed DURING SCHEDULED OPERATION HOURS. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Very unimpressed. You guys lost a valuable customer to Goodlife

  The male trainer at the gym is not professional at all and very rude. Not very great at making customers feel welcome or comfortable using the services. If the location was not close to my place, I would never use it. It’s a pity because Anytime fitness it great and I had great service - friendly and helpful from the Rideau location. Too bad the standard is not followed everywhere else.

  It has most of the machines you'd be looking for, but it's really tiny. Barely 2-3 benches, and they're always taken. Try to go in less busy hours. Friendly staff. Nowhere to put your stuff when the gym is packed. Did I mention how absolutely minuscule the gym is?

  Prior to today I would have given 5 stars- even though the bathrooms were not clean, the staff I encountered were very accommodating and nice to me and I can't hold the gym accountable for it's members messiness. I did meet the owner today and not what I've come to expect from a COMMUNITY gym nor Anytime owners- when she denied a legitimate membership I obtained from a different Anytime location. Perhaps this gym is struggling financially, however, this treatment is not what community represents- nor is it a recommendation I will give to my employer that is seeking to sign-on with a new gym for a corporate membership. I feel bad for the staff there- they were always very nice, and an EXEMPLARY model of community. My apologies to them, I give them more stars! Back to Good-Life it is. Or a different Anytime location, because after-all, they are all independent, right :)

  Great small sized gym. Always clean and tidy. Calm, respectful atmosphere especially compared to good life or university fitness centres. Almost don't want to recommend it to people so I can have it all to myself.
