Great place to go and work out! Love that it is open twenty four hours! Changerooms are upstairs though so it's kind of a pain to have to go up or down them four times. Also don't like the hallway in front of the gym that everyone walks by.

I had a terrible experience at this gym. The weights were thrown everywhere, the change rooms smelt terrible, the toilets were clogged, there were towels thrown everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting. To top it off, the girl at the front with red hair and pale face, was absolutely rude to me. I was asking her some questions about the group fitness classes and she told me to look it up myself. Before I even asked any questions she was having an inappropritate conversation with one of her colleagues about sex and how โ€œexcitedโ€ she gets. Overall just a disgusting experience. Will not be returning!!!!

Went here for two years. Great, friendly and helpful staff, but they have massively over sold their memberships. I gave up on going to this gym 4 months ago as a result of the over crowding and the insane wait times for basic equipment like barbells. Their equipment is also aging and when something breaks, they leave it broken for months. Their business model of pushing for memberships in hopes of people not showing up has gone way to far in this gym, and the place is unusable at convenient hours.

Nicely size gym in the middle of center town. Probably the most crowded Goodlife gym in the area during peak hours. The trainers and staff are talkative and helpful.

Donโ€™t bother signing up or going. Iโ€™ve gone at three different time periods now this week expecting it to not be too busy. Each time there was never equipment available to do squats or leg presses - I spent 75% of the time waiting for a spot because people suck and monopolize gear lingering around it while looking at their f***ing cell phones. Crowded, terrible layout, and not enough gear to go around. Highly urge anyone thinking of going to not do it - you will leave frustrated, guaranteed.
