::There are three employees here. One is working. The other two are talking and watching videos on a phone while twenty plus people beg for attention in the store. But everyone’s Canadian so they’re not complaining. My wife is trying on shoes and could honestly walk out of here with the new pair on her feet and they wouldn’t notice. Now the manager has disappeared in the back when the line got bigger. This place has a 1.7 star rating, why aren’t softmoc doing anything about this?

::Terrible service by the manager.... the softmoc price online was 20 $ cheaper and she still did not adjust the price... will never go back to that place
