  I have had many bad experiences at this store and it has always been a result of the incompetency of the employees. The first incident was when my partner was attempting to buy some Timberland boots for the winter. We believe that if we are going to be spending a significant amount of money on a boot that they should be in good condition. We therefore were a bit frustrated when the boot brought to us to try on had visible tarnishing. When we asked the employee he shrugged it off and said that it was the style of the boot, or something of that nature. The second incident caused me to never want to step foot in this store ever again. So my partner ordered an adidas winter toque through from them and it said that it would take 3-4 days to arrive to the store. After 4 days we came to the store and it was not there. We thought, ok we will give it more time, it will come eventually. After coming in to the store a few more times and inquiring about the delivery of the toque over the following weeks we began to understand that it would never come to the store as it was "lost in transit" or something around those lines. We thought this was no problem so we requested our money back and they indicated that we would get a refund within a certain period of time. That period of time passed and we did not get a refund. So we went back to the store and they said they did not know why we didn't receive a refund and that we should call the headquarters located in the United States. So we called the headquarters and they said they would issue a cheque refund in the mail. We said OK and we waited for the cheque to arrive in the mail. Weeks went by and we received no cheque by mail so we went in to the store and asked about it. The staff checked the back and lo and behold the cheque was waiting in the back for us. They did not call us, they did not email us, they just let the cheque sit in the back for weeks. Untrained/unprofessional employees and a company with little to no care for their customers.

  The guys working there were awesome. I had a hard time deciding and they brought me many different sizes and gave me great tips. They even sprayed my new shoes for free and gave me a wipe to clean the shoes I was wearing. Very easy-going and fun to talk to.

  I used to love little burgundy, went there all the time, so naturally I bought a 180$ pair of black leather boots last month and Already the welt has ripped leaving a huge gap between the top piece and the toe cap. Not particularly great for the Canadian winter we're about to get! Now I have to go spend x amount of $ to get my boots repaired. I should be getting a new pair for free after spending 180$ For cheap quality. Not impressed

  Just was in this place about a half an hour looking for a specific pair of sperrys for my fiancé. I walked in there with credit card in hand to make the purchase. There was one associate on the floor helping a customer and two other associates behind the cash not serving any customers. I was completely ignored. I wanted to see if they would acknowledge me so I stood there with the shoe model in hand, waiting to be served. Completely ignored. I waited for about 10 minutes. For the cherry on top, another customer (much older than me with his two daughters) walked in, and was immediately greeted and served by one of the ladies behind the cash. Guess she figured he had the intention of buying. Well jokes on her! I was so furious I immediately left, went up to town shoes, got great service, and the shoes were 20 dollars cheaper! This was my first time in Little Burgandy and for sure I will not be returning.
