  They don't know what true customer service is! These people are so unprofessional. Last week, my man and I were put in room 121. That room was okay up til next day when we come back from the mall and we were locked out; key issues. Later that day, we were put in room 103 and it was unclean. Trash bins were full of trash and one of the beds weren't made; additionally, both beds were bloody. I made a complaint to the front desk and they pointed the finger at me like I was the cause and the stupid people took out half of my deposit. This place is a joke and a rip off! These guys are crooks and customer service is unprofessional! DO NOT come here!

  Small rooms. Door to room wouldnt lock properly. Used chair as a closet as there was no where to put our jackets.No hot water,door & windows were drafty.The heat and air switched itself from to hot to to cold without being touched. The fridge didnt work at all. There was no bathroom fan. Toilet seat was loose & too small for the toilet. Breakfast was old. Batter for waffles didn't look right, fruit was rock hard. We were put in a room behind a stairwell in a corner ,where it was loud with people walking around yet we were told they had many rooms available. We went here because reviews were good. Would like to know what room they stayed in as we won't be back!

  It is one of not only Saskatchewans hidden treasures, but Saskatoons hidden treasure great staff, free continental breakfast Smoking & Non-smoking rooms can rent a room for a night or by the month great price!

  Great service, great people. Good rooms, and affordable. If you goto this place and your driving northbound you will want to go down the alley behind McDonald's in order to save a lot of messing around

  Great location and great staff. Beds were clean and comfortable. What's offered as the free continental breakfast is also good. No complaints there. However, the complaints come in regarding the condition of the room. We're not sure if this room was not rented for some time, or if the housekeeping staff failed to clean the room we got assigned to as well as it should have been. The hotel's own info book located by the phone in the room was riddled with watermarked stains where all it takes is a simple wipe down to get rid of that and make this at least more presentable. There were burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom and in the little kitchenette area. The odds of both being out at the same time as something that had just happened without the staff's knowledge is very unlikely. It's an oversight, but one that still affects a person's experience within the room. Also, the little coffee pot that was in the room still had a used coffee pouch inside the machine. Whoever cleaned the room failed to catch this and while it seems like no big deal to some, it is a big deal for those who expect to find everything they touch clean. The kitchen cabinet also contained a can of soup and a can of beans. Unless this is an intended complimentary offer made by the hotel staff, it wasn't expected to see that in there. The door leading into the room was a bit of a struggle to work with. You have to wrestle with the handle a bit just to get it to open. And when it comes time to closing it, you have to use a bit of force to ensure it's securely shut. That's not good as it creates a bit of a safety concern. The walls between rooms are paper thin. We could hear everything. Fortunately the hotel at the time wasn't fully booked, but we did have a neighbor and we could even hear a cough. That's not good. Also, considering the size of the room, it is too small to accommodate 2 double beds as one has to side step in order to access the bathroom. On the other side of the other bed is the register and no way to safely step on the floor to move around. This room really should have either just one queen sized bed, or perhaps a pair of twin beds so that there's a bit more room to move around. It is an older location and clearly needs some upgrades and a bit more TLC. I'm one who believes you get what you pay for and while this is a budget-minded motel and we shouldn't expect anything fancy, it doesn't mean there shouldn't be made at least a slightly better attempt to give guests not only a reason to enjoy their stay, but give a better review than the one I just gave.
