  My family and I had a room booked for a weekend stay. On the phone they told us that the room was all ready to go that we had nothing to worry about. We drove all the way up from Regina thinking that we were good to go. We got the hotel to be informed that we had no room. Cause the credit car was declined(which they never told us about if they would we would have used a different card or something) We asked them what they could has this mistake was on them not us. They guy then told us that there was no rooms available then sent 4 kids and a single father away knowing that all we could do is sleep in our car. The guy was smirking the whole time as if he was happy to turn us way. The supervisor also told him to turn us away. This is not how you treat guest when you mess up. This is not costumer service.

  the rooms are deceiving. hotel doesnt look like much from the outside but is clean and renovated on the inside. the continental breakfast was top notch and the worker in the kitchen was by far the most passionate worker at the hotel. definitely stay here again

  Don't be deceived by the exterior look. This is a very Descent hotel. The breakfast is one in town and has a good and functional gym... Good value for our money.

  Don't be deceived by the exterior of this hotel. This is a fantastic hotel and most probably really undervalued. The rooms are spacious with hardwood flooring and the usual furnishings. It has a standard gym and very good complimentary continental breakfast. The front desk staff are not only efficient but courteous and helpful. I will definitely not hesitate to stay in this Hotel. Kudos!

  quiet clean hotel friendly staff. beds are the most comfortable ones I have ever slept on. and awesome breakfast and great service . I plan on staying here every time I come to saskatoon
