  This location received 4 stars mainly because of the pool and hot tub, finally a pool deeper then just being waist level you can actually do laps, but the real nice surprise was the pool being open till midnight! We can never understand why pools close so early, swimming is a form of exercise we like to do and we feel the pool should be open to adults 24hrs just like the fitness area! The hot tub needs to be hotter to call it a hot tub though. Hampton Inn & Suites should start a 24hr open time for their pool area especially this location where the pool is actually deep enough to get in a good workout, and to only be accessible for adults after hours! At first going to the Hampton we liked the breakfast but after continuing stays at these hotels we noticed we don't feel well after eating the breakfast ,the powdered eggs and fatty meats were not agreeing with us, how AWESOME would it be for this chain of hotel to have a fresh omelet bar and nice good meat selections Coupled with better batter for pancakes made fresh?!? Top it off with starting a 24hr pool time for adults who enjoy swimming as a workout....then you have a winner!

  My absolute favorite Hotel!!! Super friendly and helpful staff. They always give me the feeling that I'm welcome and that they like to do anything for me to feel instantly comfortable. Can't wait to come back! Not my favorite city, but this hotel makes it a pleasure to be here! Starts with the friendly 'good morning' with a smile at breakfast and the delicious cookies at the frontdesk!

  Fab free breakfast. Best we've ever had in a hotel. Cookies at front desk are complimentary, fresh and yummy. Very comfy beds. Accommodating front desk staff. Above and beyond.

  Nice hotel.... but don’t park here. The hotel offers parking (at a fee) while you travel. I took advantage of this and left my truck at the hotel for 3 days. During that time my truck was broken into. When I returned to get my truck I found a broken window, snowbank inside my truck, and hotel staff that only offered a garbage bag to cover the window with. They have zero security measures. No cameras, no security personnel, no form to ensure your vehicle is safe / monitored.

  Great hotel overall with great service. Spacious, clean, updated rooms. Comfortable beds, decent pool and fitness center. The only downside is the sound-proofing. Yes this is close to the airport, but i have stayed at comparable airport locations with less aircraft noise. The noise from people talking in the hallways can also be loud and sometimes clear.
