  This place is the real deal. My mother was visiting for the day from Vancouver and wanted a massage so we tried this place. The staff were very accommodating and booked us for an appointment after their scheduled hours, which was very kind. My mother and I received massages from Thongsri and Luv, and they were both absolutely amazing. Such kind, welcoming people, who greeted us with warm smiles when we first walked in. Although it was not a typical oil massage that we were used to (they do offer oil massages as well), I found it so much better. They really focussed on our problem areas and spent a lot of time on stretching. We left feeling so much more relaxed and rejuvenated, it was such a great feeling. I would highly recommend this place.

  Lovely, friendly staff with a clean and comfortable environment. VERY effective, deep tissue massage and great conversation before, after and during if you're up for it. It is up a steep stairwell that looks a little sketchy but its immaculate inside. Ring the doorbell and you'll get an immediate response. You begin with a foot soak and end with a very nice cup of herbal tea. The atmosphere is warm and all the women seem to take a genuine interest in your wellbeing. They use nice oil too. You choose the intensity of the massage. They check with you frequently, are very aware and can go as deep as you can tolerate. This place does seriously good work and I plan to return frequently.

  Good massage even if it hurt a lot and the guy was talking too much! Looks a bit creepy from the outside, but u can give it a try. Pretty cheap.

  True Thai Experince in Victoria! Thai massage is a form of intense bodywork. I suggest all athletes or fit people use this place to work out muscle tightness, improve mobility and blood flow. Be warned, this is not a gentle relaxation massage but deep work to realign the body.

  This is way overdue but I am finally getting to it! Rung Thai is absolutely amazing! Book them now!! Like no hesitation, you will be so happy! When we reached Rung's, we were warmly welcomed with a quick orange peel foot bath and a change of clothes. As soon as they ushered us into the massage room, I noticed they had a portable ac/ unit going at full blast. It was awesome. Second thing of note, they are compassionate. My massage therapist was also incredibly intuitive and caring throughout the session. She also checked in with me about pressure just the right amount of times. Thai massage is different from other forms of massage as they do all the usual pressure work but also literally gently maneuver your body into yoga poses and stretches. Upon exiting the massage room, the ladies were just as kind and provided us with our choice of hot ginger tea or water with fruit. We thanked them and chatted with Rung for a bit. She has been in business for quite some time. She really has created a calming little oasis with wonderful staff. And the kicker, the whole thing was extremely affordable, even after tipping. I swear to god it was the best massage I have ever had. Godspeed weary travelers!
