  Best tea experience! I had tried a few of their teas in a salon I go to ( they serve angelwater) and thought I check out their store. Wall full of teas! I think I have bought them all over the last year. My favorite is beau tea ful and I love quench as iced tea. I sign up for their workshops and love the chocolate and tea pairing one. Their staff is passionate and knowledgeable. If you have a raining afternoon to spare go there, have a facial, take a workshop and sip on their tea of the day!

  Staff are always amazing and make you aware of special promotions right away and are never pushy and always helpful. The store is always tidy and the products are wonderful. I will have to try the Spa out sometime. Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my last visit.

  I didn't really look at the spa products, but I've bought loose tea here a few times. They have a great selection, some teabags as well, and you can open up the cannisters yourself and see/sniff tea before you buy it. Staff are very friendly and helpful, never pushy. The 40-cup tins that hold about four ounces sell for $12-$16 which is a good price for premium tea, especially organic (I put more tea in a cup than that). They sell online too.

  This place has an amazing selection of reasonably priced, high quality loose leaf teas. I love their Chi and Earl grey blends and my girlfriend always leaves with about 4 new packages of tea to try when we go there. They also have other great tea related items such as cups and cast iron teapots plus a bunch of other little items that would be great for small gifts.

  This is absolutely my favorite place to buy tea. I have tried many online places and other brick-and-mortar stores, but this is always the best place to buy high-quality tea. Some of the teas may seem expensive but they are superb quality and always organic and very flavourful. I used to drink tea from tea bags, but now I rarely do and I steep tea leaves. In the summer I make my own iced tea using a clever pitcher system that they sell there. The difference in having good quality tea is incredible. The staff are very well-trained and helpful. There is a public washroom that one can ask to use. They also have a spa here where they will do things like facials. They have their own line of things like oils and massage products. They also sell teapots, cups, and various other tea related items. There are tea clinics where one can come and learn more about various teas and have the chance to taste them. They also have recipes for using tea in cooking and making various drinks with steeped tea. They've been in business for over two decades and it is truly an inspiring local business.
