Dave was recommended to me by a coworker about 2 years ago. He has helped me recover from various ailments and issues using mostly IMS dry needling which I have found to be extremely effective. I would not hesitate recommending Dave to my friends and colleagues at work.

Erika has magic fingers! I was in a car accident and I started to see Erika shortly after the accident. She was extremely professional in dealing with me, taking diligent notes, and then assessing my injuries. She seemed like a magician in the way she could look at my posture and immediately see where the soft tissue damage was, where I was in pain, and then gently work it. I would mention an odd thing in passing (like tingling in my shoulder), she'd do a few tweaks, and voila, the tingling disappears! Another time I mentioned the pain seemed to have migrated - she immediately investigated, did a few movements in that region and we both felt something 'slide' into place and again - pain in that area gone! Despite these leaps, there is obviously a bit of a slog in recovering from a big soft tissue injury, but every session with Erika is great as she tweaks something and eases some aches and pains, often for good. I highly recommend Erika for soft tissue injuries!

Top Notch! Stephanie helped me rehabilitate after surgery that repaired an anterior ligament in my ankle. Her level of knowledge and intuition is rare! When I went to my post-op appointment with the surgeon, he was blown away at how far I'd come. We had to move away, and I've not found anyone even close to her skill level.

I first visited Dave Terlicher at Restore Physiotherapy to help rehabilitate a recurring back injury I had been having over a period of about 2 years. Having previously seen two other physios for the same injury, Dave is the only one that has given treatment and guidance that has made a lasting difference. For close to a year I have not had a recurrence of the injury. I found Dave's approach to be very different to other physios I have seen. Where the other physios dived straight into using IMS (dry needling) in the pain areas, Dave spent a significant amount of time looking at my overall body posture and areas responsible for having brought it out of alignment. I was surprised that none of his treatment actually focused on the area where the pain was, but he instead dealt with certain postural problems through exercises and releasing tightness in my legs using IMS. I have since visited Dave for more recent running related aches and pains and his treatment continues to be excellent.

I have a chronic lower back injury that's been bothering me on and off for well over ten years. A couple of months ago, I had a couple flare-ups in a short time and I was fearing I'd have to stop practicing my beloved full-contact sports. Chris Napier saw me and very intently listened to my (overly) detailed description of my ailment. He took copious notes. When I was done talking, he explained to me the nature and mechanics of the injury in exquisite detail. He showed me colorful illustrations from a number of books, and proceeded to make me do some diagnostic movements. For each of the things that hurt, he had a pretty solid explanation of what was happening. We talked about some exercises to strengthen my core that I now do (almost) every time before a training session. I kept going to see him for a couple of weeks in a row, we kept perfecting the movements, and then he recommended I come back when I had another flare-up. I still have "bad back days" once in a while, as this is a chronic condition that is never going to magically go away, but at least I feel that I have the problem under control, I can train, and I feel great. And all thanks of Chris's confident and encyclopedic knowledge of his field, his professional attitude, and the seriousness with which he takes his work. Summing up: highly recommended. Chris will fix you up, or at least tell you exactly what's going on, no mysteries, no gimmicks, no bs.
