The best Physio place Iโ€™ve tried in Vancouver, no doubt. Iโ€™ve been to many physiotherapists in the past 10years for lots of injuries and the treatment in Alaia and with Kat is the only one that I can call 100% professional service, itโ€™s easy, positive, targeted, effective and a very pleasant experience. She provides one on one sessions with full attention to you and your injury and has an easy booking system and exercise app, very organized.

Finally, a physiotherapist who spends time with me and makes me feel like she cares about my specific needs. I came to Katrina almost a year ago and she has helped me deal with osteo-arthritis issues, and hip and knee pain. I am now receiving rehab from my 2nd hip replacement and feel like I'm the best hands. From the front desk to the rest of the team, they are professional and up to date with medical knowledge and treatment.

Iโ€™ve been working with Jami for the past half-year, and only have positive things to say. She is attentive, personable and knowledgable. The clinic is beautiful with a good amount of gym space and physio equipment. Highly recommend this place for those seeking physio care!

As a physiotherapist in Vancouver, I appreciate the depth of knowledge that the Alaia Physiotherapists offer their patients. Led by Kat, the team exhibits a high level of manual therapy techniques, and are very patient-focused. I would recommend anyone to go to Alaia for any movement and rehabilitation needs.

After a MVA I was referred to Katrina at Alaia Physiotherapy. It was my second time ever going to physio (my first time was somewhere different and not a great experience) and I can't say enough about how great the Alaia team is. Katrina's confidence reassured me that I was in good hands, the laid back atmosphere made me feel comfortable, and the support staff were always friendly and made an effort to make me feel welcomed. Now, I have moved and have a new physio but they do not compare and I wish I was still seeing Katrina. Highly recommend!
