  Sales person was super helpful. Left us alone when we needed to be alone but ready to help when we needed him Theu had a great selection and prices.

  My husband and I purchased a Durham bedroom set and a Bermex kitchenette set this past autumn to furnish our new townhouse with. We dealt mostly with George, who was friendly, very helpful, and very responsive to phone calls and texts. The furniture was actually completed ahead of schedule, but we didn't yet have possession of the new place. Ormes was good about this though, and held onto it until the agreed upon delivery date for no extra cost. The delivery people arrived on the appointed day, and they were very professional, and very fast with assembly. All items are in excellent shape, and the bedroom set still has a lovely maple wood scent. We are incredibly happy with the furniture quality, and were prepared for the amount we paid (spoiler: custom built furniture ain't cheap!). We were also so happy with the experience with Ormes, we just placed an order for a full dining room set, and are budgeting for a future purchase of IMG Norway recliners. If you are in Ottawa, and looking for top quality, North American-made wood furniture, Ormes definitely should be on your list of places to visit.

  Not a good experience for the amount of money spent. Customer service was pitiful. No call backs to begin with, then admonished for not calling the right person (like we should know the employee schedule). Furniture came in much later than promised and attitude towards this lateness was very cavalier. This was our first experience with Ormes and will be our last.

  I love this store!! ℅99 of the furniture in my house comes from that store. Everytime I go to that store I get great customer service. They know their product and it is very good quality. The staff is always giving a great customer service, and are very attentive to your needs. I would recommend this store to everyone. It is the only store in Ottawa that has fantastic quality products.
