::Very upset with the delivery service provided by Mattress Mart, St Laurent. Took a day off in order to stay home for the delivery, I was told at 10 am I could call and I would be given a 2 hour window for delivery. It is an hour past that two hour window and it is 5:15 and now they say it will be another 30 minutes. This is completely unreasonable. I wouldn’t be tricked by the low prices and “free delivery” if I were you. I am waiting to leave for work and have been informed if I’m not here when the deliervy driver decides he feels like arriving, already incurring a $100 fee for “moving” after 4:30 PM from my condominium, I would be charged a $50 from mattress mart and be forced to wait around for an entire day as the time windows obviously cannot be trusted.

::Don't buy their fabric headboards. They arrive with unfinished lumber for legs which is very unattractive. The store's response is that there is no refund and that we should have seen it when we purchased it and that if we didn't do our due diligence then it was not up to their sales person to point it out. They also said that for the price we paid, what do you expect. Very confrontational attitude by store. Not nice to rip off an 84 year old grandmother who spent $1400 at their store.

::Visited many of the major brand stores in Ottawa and they always seem/are sketchy. This company has set prices which are reasonable so it doesn't feel like you are dealing with a used car dealership trying to negotiate. Customer service (specifically at this location) is excellent every time we went in (and we went in a few times) - even after we decided to take them up on a 120 night guarantee to exchange our mattress for a softer one, 2 days before the guarantee was about to expire... no issues whatsoever, exchange went super well, and since the mattress we got was a bit cheaper then the original they mailed us a cheque for the difference within two weeks!!! Special thanks to our sales rep Rowan who was awesome.
