  Very successful shopping experience. Our sales person Greg showed care and concern regarding our decisions regarding fabric and extra features for our furniture. He was very accommodating and had a natural warmth and friendliness to his manner that made the whole experience positive. Will recommend and come back!!

  Amazing staff!! They actually spent 4 hours, to help us what really met our criteria and needs. They pulled up the fabric from our previous purchase, used our floor plans, looked at pictures of my rugs and much more, to provide the best options. Déa Attar and Marianne Kola helped us put together the furniture we need. I actually have a print of out floor plans with our furniture added to the plan, to have an idea of what our home will look like with the furniture. Thanks Déa and Marianne!!

  Cliff offered his assistance but did not follow us around as we were looking for a recliner . This was appreciated. He was available to assist us when we were ready to buy. We will definitely shop there in the future.

  Design consultant and home designer were very friendly and helpful. They were attentive and kept in mind my budget. The AutoCAD design software allowed me to see my selections and designers recommendations for my space in 3D colour.

  Clifton was amazing. He clearly knew a lot about the products and was quickly able to recognize our needs. Made our first La-Z-Boy purchase very enjoyable. The products we were presented were all very nice and well laid out in the store. Made for an enjoyable experience.
