  I wish I had read the reviews before coming here... Got a protein smoothie and a sausage and egg MC griddle. Waited around for 25 minutes while the staff struggled to get orders out Mor than one every 3 minutes. By the time I got my turn, being skipped by everyone that was in there. No one knew how to use the smoothie machine and they had refill it with protein and smoothie plus have a training session.. At the 35 min mark I got my order. The protien smoothie was only crushed ice with protien ... No flavor at all.. Why the hell did I wait that long arrive barely on time for work cause of the wait only to be served below quality food... Never coming back to this mcdonalds again

  First they tried to give me a bagel that was frozen and then heated in the microwave. Like come on. And that was the manager who told the employee. Then the iced frappe coffee was gross. All sugar and cream and no coffee flavor. Poorly managed and short staffed. Took them 18 min to do my order.

  This place isn't so great really late at night. The switch from dinner to breakfast really takes a while and they are more than happy to let you wait, and wait and wait. I can't really fault them too much for it though because the transition does take some time.

  The food is bland - even by McDonalds standards. Also, they don't do all day breakfast. The staff are so-so except for one young lady in the late evenings who is really friendly and pleasant. Which is really nice to see as they get a fair number of more vulnerable customers.

  Usually have no issues, but third time a receipt hasn't printed, so I waited 4 minutes for it to die down and let the "Guest Experience" person know the receipt didn't print and get a huff and an eye roll. Honestly when I worked for McDonalds in 2014/2015 we never did anything like that (at least in view), we sucked it up, dealt with it with a smile on our faces and went on with our day. If it is too much effort to even fake it, or do the job then maybe this employee should look at doing something else. I get he may be a student, but I was working three jobs and volunteering and still managed to keep my annoyance in check. Time to take a look and retrain your employees, especially since at one point there was only one girl making drinks while more people piled in and no one else up front aside from the cashier.
