  The staff are nice. The music is good without it blasting. Nice ambience but the pipe at the ceiling are filthy and dusty. They need to be cleaned.

  Several times I visited this cafe, they run out of honey!!! It is unacceptable!

  Friendly staff but unfortunately it’s too small! I know it’s mostly intended for to go and you could bring it to the food court, but it would have been nice if it had more seating. Nothing more to say, it’s just like any other second cup- coffee taste great and the treats are good too

  Your typical second cup in a mall. Two tables for seating, subtly suggesting you to take your business elsewhere

  Always great service at this location. My only issue is that on this site it says that the place opens at 6AM which is perfect since I run through the Rideau Centre to get to work. Both mornings that I've come by around 7, the shop has been closed. Only reason why I like going here is 1- it's Canadian and 2- the vanilla latte is amazing! But if I pass by again and it isn't open, unfortunately I'll have to start going to Starbucks.
