  Great location right downtown Ottawa near Byward market. They have an excellent selection of different origin coffees that you can do a taste testing. Perfect for coffee nerds

  Pretty unique layout inside the store. It was my first visit for a Starbucks reserve store and it was worth it. Had plain Jamaican Blue Mountain and it was absolutely delicious. They also have good selection of mugs and goodies.

  I liked it here. My drink was very good. The only thing is that the service was not up to scale as I would have expected from the Reserve. I would have wanted the same personalized service they offer at a regular starbucks. That did not even take my name or do small talk. This happens rarely now, and I've been a manager!! So I give tip accordingly (ha!). Will likely come back, but my expectations have lowered considerably. The only bonus was a table service at the end which I appreciated.

  This is not your typical Starbucks, This Reserve Starbucks store sells limited small batch beans that you cannot find in regular stores. They also do pour overs, Nitro Cold Brews and serve Alcohol. Good atmosphere and friendly staff make it a pleasant visit to sit back and relax.

  The cashier was very patient with my girlfriend who was pretty indecisive. He was pretty nice. They have good, fast service here. :)
