::The people are very nice, however I felt I wasn't trusted. I purchased a gift for my wife and was told all I needed was the receipt if it was the wrong size. Well, I purchased the wrong size and returned along with my wife in less than 24 hrs only to be turned away because I took the price tag off. I have never given a gift with the price tag on. Apparently keeping the price tag on is proof that it was not worn excessively or washed. Even though we reiterated my wife had simply tried it on once for sizing and it was not worn or washed, I felt they did not believe us as they insisted we had to bring in the detached price tag for proof, despite having the receipt in their system and hard copy in hand showing it was purchased less than a day ago. At this point my wife resigned herself to just wearing the wrong size as she felt bad that this became such an ordeal to get her a gift, which made me disappointed with the whole experience. In any case, I spent time rummaging through all my garbage, and made a third trip to the store and brought the detached price tag back in with the purchase. After speaking with someone from the company on-line they told me this was a practice specific to the Rideau Centre location in Ottawa and they would be more than happy to give me a full refund or exchange despite everything. In the future, I recommend trying other locations. The one at the Rideau Centre does not seem willing to accommodate their long standing customers.

::My girlfriend stopped in to exchange some pants and hasn't stopped talking about Hannah, the employee that helped her. She knew about all the pairs of yoga pants, fabrics and styles and which one would be the best for her. A great experience for her!
