::Had a really good time! When we got there it was fairly quiet. While waiting for our room to be set up, some woman went up the the front and started berating the staff that she had been waiting 10 minutes to pay (obviously not true since she was not at the front when we got there) . She acted very rude and entitled to the staff. They handled it very professionally. If you go, accept that it may be a little chaotic at times...it is a karaoke bar after all. Loosen up and enjoy yourself!

::My friend and I went at 7 on a Wednesday so we didn't think too much of the fact that it was quiet. There was no music playing in the lobby and it didn't seem like any of the rooms were occupied either. Anyway, we were brought into one of the rooms way in the back even though all 14 rooms we passed by were empty. We were essentially "thrown" into the room without any instructions of how things work. We tried to get drinks by hitting the "service" button on the song selection device but no one came for a solid 2 songs. Even after the songs, our time ended so we left. The song selection device is very nice! It takes some exploring but you can change the language and once we got used to it, it was very easy to find songs. They have a really nice selection of English songs! One of the best that I've seen at an Asian karaoke bar :) If the service improved and we had a quick demonstration of the place, I wouldn't mind going again.

::I went here for the first time the other day. The place was okay. But I didn't really find anything special about coming here. The prices were very high and there wasn't a huge selection of songs. The rooms were nice with comfortable couches.
