::very good gym! Kenny and Caroline are very good instructors, and nice persons. They take you to your limits, and you can see the results in your body fast! It is fun, it works, and it is real: if you want to go to the gym but not sweat: don't come. They offer HIIT (true high intensity), Boot camp (mix between cardio and weights), and RIPPED (weights training). Highly recommend it!
