  very good gym! Kenny and Caroline are very good instructors, and nice persons. They take you to your limits, and you can see the results in your body fast! It is fun, it works, and it is real: if you want to go to the gym but not sweat: don't come. They offer HIIT (true high intensity), Boot camp (mix between cardio and weights), and RIPPED (weights training). Highly recommend it!

  Just started my two-week trial but I can tell I'll be staying. Great crowd, and trainers that push you to your limits (without being obnoxious). First impression? This is an amazing place but be ready to be engaged throughout your workout. No facebook breaks.

  Best personalized xfit training I've been to. Over 10 years of back pain from desk jobs is now gone due to core strengthening with Kenny. My quality of life has significantly gone up (I can reach my shoes to tie them without pain!) And they are a fun bunch!
