  Clean space, effective workouts but not very welcoming. My orientention consisted in pointing out the change room, the rest was left for me to discover.

  This location is busy and pretty small, lunch hours are the busiest. Evan and Adam are both great trainers that give good cues and makes sure your doing the exercises properly. Front desk staff rarely said hello, not warm or welcoming. This location doesn't do a good job at notifying members online if classes are canceled during holidays, or that they are closed for renovations (happened Dec 2017). Overall, needs improvement. The workouts are good.

  Classes are 45 min. They will make you work! Good mix of strength and cardio, all at a high intensity. The exercises can be modified, so the classes work for all fitness levels. Also offers personal training. Tasty smoothies for sale, and free espresso for members.

  I've been a member for over a year. This is a busy location which makes for large groups but they manage this quite well. Trainers are experienced and competent.

  I have been a member since July this year, and it is an amazing place to work. I generally go there for in the afternoon and both adam and evan are amazing trainers. good job!
