  Don’t Spend Money here!! Once Ontario minimum wage increased, this company introduced a “draw from commission” pay model. This was done to pass the costs of the new minimum wage to the workers. SHAME ON THE OWNERS! As is stands, employees make $11.60 a hour and receive a “top up” of $2.40 a hour. This “top up” is deducted from the employees commissions. This is a pathetic way for a business to pass on the costs of the new minimum wage to the employees. Employees now make less money then Servers. I hope their employees see this and form a union or complain to the government / media. Don’t spend money here

  I had issues with my iPhone battery and as it turned out that was not the problem at all. The technician took the time to let me know what some of the issues were. The best part it didn’t cost me anything. I would highly recommend their service.

  I just had the best experience with Jump+ Firstly, I had a problem with the charging port on my Mac book. David at Jump+ not only had the parts on hand to fix the computer immediately, but he also was extremely accommodating of my schedule. This was so helpful for me as I had to travel 45mins with an infant to go to the store. Secondly, after successfully completing the job of fixing my charging port. David found out I was eligible to get a free screen through Mac. A $1000 value! Although I had to make another trip to get that done, it was absolutely free, my screen is now brand new and once again David worked around my schedule. He was lighting fast swapping my screen out. I highly recommend jump+ and will continue doing business with them in the future. Thanks so much for your professionalism!

  Quick turn-around for service. The technician was helpful and took the time to explain what was wrong and what was done to fix it. You can tell he likes his job. Thanks Jump+ team!

  I just had the screen replaced on my MacBook Pro due to an AR coating issue. David Geroux was the service technician who did the work. His work was very prompt and efficient. He took excellent care of my machine and was very good with me. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him. Thank you David!
