  I bought a decent Johnson Horizon Elite T7 treadmill from AKFIT, and unfortunately had tons of issues with it. AKFIT contacted the manufacturer on several occasions in order to make repairs on it, and even went so far as to have a representative from Johnson call me to offer an extended labour warranty period when I had more issues just past the expiration date of the warranty. If you ever have issues with a treadmill you purchase from AKFIT that go beyond the labor warranty, don't submit a trouble ticket. Rather, go in to the store and speak with them directly. I'm positive they will go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the manufacturer stands behind their product and pays for the necessary labor in a situation that's gotten out of control with multiple repairs. The owner of the company reached out to me personally when I griped about my woes on social media channels. If that's not the mark of a good company, I'm not sure what is. I may not be entirely at ease with my treadmill, but I'm quite easy with how AKFIT remedied things for me. 10/10 would buy a different treadmill next time from AKFIT. (but Kudos to Johnson Fitness for stepping in when AKFIT got their attention.)

  Absolutely phenomenal service and staff from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the end result of our home gym. Karen, Don and the entire staff deserve 10 stars but 5 is all I can give. I personally recommend Akfit to anyone looking for a one stop home/commercial gym setup. You won't be disappointed.

  I own a gym in North Bay and have been dealing with Akfit for years. The equipment and service is top notch. Anytime we've had a problem with our equipment Karen and her team go above and beyond to accommodate. The service Akfit provides is truly second to none.

  Staff was helpful & honest. Prices were better than other big brand stores, I did my research. Looking forward to continued business with Akfit creating my home gym!
