  would never come back...room was dirty and not cleaned...totally understand I'm a smoker and room would be a bit smelly but it was just horrible...could tell curtains haven't been clean for months they where stained and yellow....spider webs in corners and dog food on bath room floor. just not a nice stay, when look at site, they show the main building that looks great but not the smoking rooms that outside and lay out like a motel.

  Lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. Was on the first floor so my room that was marked 'non-smoking' also smelled like smoke. Room not clean at all. Walls stained, cobwebs in corners, night table had liquid stains the were recent, corners of them room look like they haven't been touch in years. Didn't want to touch anything cause it just felt dirty. Towel had strands of hair on it and also smelled like smoke. Bedsheets again, smelled like smoke.

  This place was extremely run down. The halls were dark and creepy, not to mention needs major repairs. The elevator was gross, had smears all over it. The continental breakfast was stale. The carpet in the room felt very dirty and old. The pool was nice temperature but the air in the pool room was freezing so it wasnt worth it to swim. There was barely any heat in the building (the room was nice and warm though).. beds were clean. Overall a 2 is generously given for this place. Needs a MAJOR renovation done to it. It was worth maybe 50$ a night not 103$. Front desk was very nice and polite, no issues with them. Dont come here if you are looking for a nice clean place. There are much nicer MOTELS to stay at to be honest.

  Rooms and hotel very old and dated. Our room fridge was broken and there was mold in bathroom. Carpets are old. Free breakfast was inadequate and they ran out of food. Hot tub was not working. Was told not working for a while. This place needs renovations. We feel this place was over priced! Location was convenient to go to Chicopee tube park and the pool was great and Staff were friendly but we would never stay here again. At least there was no bed bugs!

  Could use with a good update. The pool was the nicest part. My bed wasn't really comfy. The shower didn't work at first but they came up to fix it right away. It just didn't look clean in the hallway like stains on the carpet and paint drops (I hope it was paint) on the railings. Food cartons were left on the stairs in the side entrance and were clearly bad. I would not stay here again
