::First, I want to say that Stephanie was amazing. From experience at other jewellers, their approach is often pushy. Stephanie was not at all like this. She suggested we take the weekend to think about it. She made the whole experience simple and stress free. Despite our tight deadline, Stephanie made it happen and my ring arrived on time. It was pretty and fit perfectly. I couldn't imagine a better experience!

Sonja's level to customer attention and detail through my whole experience has been nothing but short of amazing!!! She is a true example of what Customer Service means. ::Wow! I spent about an hour with Jessica talking watches and it was great. I was walking to work this morning before the shop was open and what caught my eye was the vintage Rolex boxes in the window. The fact that this store has vintage watches was the main reason why I visited, but we ended up looking at a bunch of watches both new and old. Their watchmaker (unfortunately I forget his name) was there and also had a crazy amount of knowledge he was willing to share. The part that I am most impressed with is that when Jessica couldn’t answer a question I had, she went out of her way to find out the answer even though I insisted she not “waste” her time answering my crazy questions. She was genuinely interested and invested in the product she sells which is great! I will definitely make sure to keep visiting whenever I am in town and greatly appreciate the time that she was willing to spend with me. I now understand why this shop has such a high rating on google reviews. Thank you!
