::Great people and amazing service from BT Jewellers! I had my Omega serviced by Jeff a year ago and was impressed with his expertise and the turn-around time. I also recently went in for a "watch-emergency" as my spring-bars gave up on life and decided to snap, leaving my watch bracelet-less. I was connected with their second in-house watch maker Emma and she was able to fix the issue while I waited. While waiting I browsed through their amazing collection of Tissot, Longines, FC, and estate watches. Bob Thompson's is an amazing establishment for watch enthusiasts in Ottawa, thanks to their awesome staff and owners.
