::Breath if fresh air. I've been to many different jewellers for a unique situation- most of which wouldn't even touch the project. However I stopped here over the lunch hour and was able to speak with Scott and I believe his dad (?) .... not only did I get super quick and accurate service, but they treated me like I was a million dollar client. They also worked very specifically to keep my cost low- something most jewellers seem to have forgot. A + +++ service. I will definitely be coming back!

::Everytime I go there, I get treated like a king. I don't know that much a about jewelry, they take the time to break everything down for you, NOT ONCE did I feel any pressure to buy anything. If you're thinking about buying jewelry, you must go there. Feb 16th, 1030. Yves.

::I've been coming here for years. Bought a replacement watch-and their price was the same/cheaper then anyone else (even online)-plus the service was exceptional. I've also taken a few watches here to be repaired and/or cleaned-and they always do an amazing job.

::So it was an emergency. My friend's ring stuck in her swollen finger. We happened to be living just across the building. I called to make sure they are still open, as it was already 05.05 PM. Google said they are open up to 09.00 PM, but when I was informed they are open only up to 05.30 PM. We went there to Constitution Building and have the ring cut by Scott Thompson (CMIIW) in no time. In and out in less than 5 minutes; problem solved; crisis averted. I suggested my friend to have the ring repaired there once the swollen has gone. Totally the best service ever!!!

::I originally went to the St Laurent location since I was referred by a few people, but learned that the St Laurent location works on yellow gold and the Albert St. location works on white gold! So I took my engagement ring to the Albert St location since my centre stone was loose. They were so incredibly kind, took a look right away to find out what the problem was and I left it over night for them to fix the prongs. When I came back the next day at 3pm, it was better than ever and they cleaned it so well I couldn't believe how much it shined!! It was incredible! I'll definitely be going there whenever I need a good clean or to get something fixed, they were amazing!
