  The drive-thru lumberyard is a boon on rainy days. Service is decent too, but it's also typical of what you can expect at a big box store. Some employees are awesome and extremely knowledgeable, some are obviously part-time.. Never once had an issue with anything, I even returned something a month past the due time on the receipt for returns and they kindly refunded me regardless. It was a bag of concrete, the stuff will never go bad so there was no harm in a late return. That said, can't say they'll do the same for you if you try to return an item that has a real expiry time on it,,,

  Always have great service, in fact there is a Home Depot close to my home but I prefer to drive further to get the expert service I receive from this store. Special shout out to Gord in seasonal. He always goes the extra mile. Thank you Rona.

  Was there to purchase an overhead light that had been on sale the previous week and was able to obtain the same light at the sale price. Great customer service and absolutely hassle-free

  I love this place. Their shelves are densely and well stocked, everyone was super helpful and amazingly friendly. I had a great time shopping there. Even if i don't know anything, the staff was incredibly friendly and never judged my questions. The prices are amazing, everyone seems to enjoy what they're doing. It was a fantastic experience going there!

  Not that there's anything wrong with the other "big guys" but any chance I can get to support a Canadian Company, I will. Cost and service are all equally important to me and Rona is very competitive in all areas. Very friendly employees and the location was quite clean.
