  The customer service representative (there was only one, and it was a Saturday) was dealing with a customer when I arrived. He couldn't help her, and so he had to set her up with a new phone plan instead. She seemed pretty distraught and from what I overheard, she had been dealing with this issue for a while and had already payed money to try to resolve it, to no avail. The representative wasn't very professional and didn't seem to quite know what he was doing. Maybe he he was new, I don't know. My issue was simple: I was there to cancel my service. He gave me the number to call and I was out of there, after waiting about 20 minutes for him to sort out the other customer's issue. Overall, a subpar experience for me, but not terrible. I think that the other customer would disagree though.
