  I went into their new location at 366 Richmond Rd with no intention of making a purchase. I did ask a whole bunch of questions and was impressed at the quality of customer service I was getting. In the meantime it smelled so good in there which drew me to their wide variety of quality incense sticks. In addition to the incense sticks, I left with a beautiful new bong purchased based on the recommendation of Ali. Thank you Ali for your great service, I will recommend and be back.
