::A shop assistant there ripped me off. I asked how the price of engraving adds up and she didn't mention how it counts per letter/number. Probably wanted commission or something. I mean, you should tell your customers how the system works instead of taking advantage of them. When I came back and confronted her, she just smirked and couldn't answer me properly.
