  I have had a very pleasant experience using dymon storage. I used their moving services in to my unit and out of my unit. Both moving teams were very time efficient and professional. All employees that I have come in contact with were professional and pleasent. I would highly recommend using their storage facility as well as their moving services.

  There facility is as advertised. Very clean and nice. Service HA! Spoke to 4 people leading up to the move in and got 4 different quotes for the exact same locker. Then was told the movers weren’t free for move in when they had a large sign on front of the building saying they were. Moved out with their movers. Another adventure. Damaged items and they still haven’t been fixed.

  Well designed facilities. Modern with good security, but you pay for it with higher than average rates. Excellent inside loading / unloading area protected from the weather. Downside is the big corporate feel and attitude. We were forced to move units one month after loading it full because they wanted to resize some units. They provided staff to help with the move, but it still took us time to be present to supervise the move and we were not given a choice. One month free rental was small compensation. Then the staff drilled our extra lock saying it was not allowed and in the process also drilled the main lock, all without notification. We showed up unable to get into our unit. We were told after by more senior management that the extra lock was allowed. The local staff lied to us and then lied to their management. To add insult to injury we then received a form letter announcing a regular rate increase. These guys have grown too big too fast and care more about their business than their customers. You feel like a number and they can take or leave your business.
