Driver let me know the night before when he was coming - which was a little short notice but good. They were close to the mark on arrival time and got in and out in good time. Thanks guys!

::All my previous moves have been a disaster. This one was the best experience possible. Cassidy's staff is very professions. From Scott (Moving Consultant) being on top of things with communication to movers (Phil and Chris) being very careful and professional - everything went smoothly. They also delivered accurate estimates in terms of delivery dates (going from Canada to USA) to the cost. Highly recommended to anyone looking for moving assistance - these guys are true professionals.

::Cassidy's Moving provided exceptional service from the moment I requested a quote until the final box was put into our new basement. Having moved 6 times in 12 years, we've had plenty of recent experience with moving companies. Cassidy's outdid every other mover. Scott provided a timely and accurate quote; Joe and Matt were punctual on move-out day, were very personable, and handled all our belongings with care. On move-in day, they made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and did not cut corners. There were no dings on walls and our belongings arrived in the same shape that they'd left. This group was truly great to work with and the final cost of our long-distance move was less than half of what we'd paid to move in the opposite direction 2.5 years earlier. ::I am extremely happy and satisfied with Cassidy's & United Van Lines. I recently moved to Vancouver, BC from Ottawa, ON and the whole process went smoothly with the help of our rep. Matt Hopf (Cassidy's) & head driver Rod (United Van Lines). Matt met me at my home to provide a quote and he was always professional via email or telephone. His quote was within $50.00 which was very impressive! He was always available to answer questions and also provide moving supplies (boxes, tape & packing paper at no cost). We could pick up supplies whenever during business hours. The head driver, Rod organized in advanced when he was to be expected and kept me up to date day before and day of, as well as with drop off. His team was very organized and respectful to our property & items. All items arrived with zero to little damage - I was sure to pack things with lots of paper or bubble wrap of course and they also covered most items with moving blankets as well. ::I used Cassidys (United Van Lines) to move from Ottawa to Edmonton. They were amazing! I had heard some horror stories about moving and had so many questions and concerns which were all handled with extremely amazing customer service. My questions were always answered with detail and accuracy! They came to my apartment to do a very accurate price quote - he was very respectable and knowledgeable. The movers who picked up my items were very nice, respected my stuff and were efficient. The movers who dropped off my belongings were the same! I was very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a big move. They truly made my experience stress free and easy!
