  booked tint appointment for 8am, got there 740 and greeted well. just front window on my pkup. had opportunity to look around lots of stuff. store looks nice but looking close very dirty, paint falling off, half the light not working, worn out chair. dirty glass. dead plant, sticker on door have off. tint on my truck is great breakfast at stan diner good but sad looking store

  Great service, Bob give me some very good advice and recommendation about scooter’s. He helps me choosing my scooter even if he didn’t have any product there to served my need’s. I call this highly professionalism. Definitely the best service I got in all the 3 scooter store I visit in the Ottawa area’s. Thanks again Bob.

  I found Derand Motorsports on the internet when I was looking for a place to get my dash cam installed. Andre promptly answered my e-mail with a reasonably priced quote. He also noted my good choice on the model of dash cam I chose and that they carry the same product in their shop, too. I called them back a couple months later and they took my vehicle in right away. He informed us it would take approximately two hours. I only have the one vehicle, so rather than sit for two hours, he offered to drive us to the mall and pick us up when completed. They did a great job on the installation, operational instructions and honoured the originally priced quote. I would definitely recommend their service!

  I've been coming to Derand for the past two years for all my auto-starter and tint needs. They have always done an exceptional job. I recently had an issue with my auto-starter which was installed from somewhere else and they were able to fix it for me in a heartbeat at no cost. Would definitely recommend them hands down.

  Friendly and super helpful staff, went there to fix my remote starter which needed a re-rest, job done within 10 minutes at no cost. Thank you Derand ! That was very kind of you. Update: got another issue with my remote starter and came to see these guys again. As always, they were amazing and very friendly and helpful. They figured out and fixed the issue in seconds! Very happy with their service.
