  Good location (Woodbine and Hwy 7),plenty of parking spaces (can park right in front of your room of staying on the ground level), staff was friendly, but the rooms need a lot of work. Nice selection of in-room amenities, but very old technology. Furniture is in rough shape and the decor is decades old.

  Great pool. Hotel room beds need some upgrades but I felt comfortable

  We reserved 3 rooms. The front desk didn't charge the agreed rate until we asked to change it. Two of the rooms had already checked out at the higher rate. I got the impression that the reservation details were not known by the hotel. We had a pet with us in one room which they were unaware of at check in. The rooms were not the cleanest, the bed and sheets were nice and clean but the furniture had smears etc. The desk had a burn mark in it. The rooms had a musty smell to them, so much so that one of the rooms had to be changed. Would probably pay a little more to stay at a nicer hotel next time.
