::If it was possible to give to no stars I would. This hotel management is unprofessional and disturbing. The management in this hotel is so poor, I would never recommend going to this hotel at this location. I made a $250 security deposit, and over the phone they said when we check out they would give it to us instantly. Which is the only reason why we even booked the place with debit, and when we went there we got one noise complaint and they said they would call the cops on us . Any other hotel would give you three warnings. This was the first sign that they don’t operate like any other hotel. We had some confetti left on the ground because we didn’t have a vacuum to clean it so they said they had to charge us a cleaning fee, and they asked us to wait so they could check the room and get back to us about the security deposit, they ended up telling us to leave and come back at 1pm, which no hotel does, ever. Later that day we called them, and we called the next day to, they kept saying the manager was unavailable and would not give us information about the deposit because they were the morning workers, and said they would get back to us but they never did. We finally called the head office, and are still waiting to hear back. Don’t even bother wasting your time or money here, the service is not worth it. Our toilet was also leaking and clogged, and the maintenance guy told us to plumb it ourselves. Which is also not our job to do.

::This hotel was by far one of the worst one I have visited. I have been going to this hotel for 3 years and this hotel service was completely trash. We had a mess on one place so they charge $250. The front desk people yelled at us in front of everyone telling us to never come back again. They were completely disrespectful, never told us we were being charged. Constantly made up stories and avoided all conversations when we tried to ask about out deposit. They told us if we live so far "you should have never came here". So stupid. Managers are always "busy" or "unavailable" made us wait an hour to check our room. The whole floor was completely loud however they only blamed us. Also, all the sinks & toilet was flooded and the janitor left a plumb and told us we had to do it ourself. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

::Great hotel. The food selection could be better but is good for what it is. There is plenty of surrounding restaurants to fill you up. Workout area could have more updated equipment. Staff is lovely and the beds are comfortable.

::Location is good. Plenty of bars and restaurants that are in walking distance. Very friendly staff the woman greeted us with a smile. Decor was up to date. Nice lobby area . Great area to hang out and enjoy a drink. Has a pool and a fitness club, always a bonus. Also has a Starbucks which is awesome. My room was decent could use an upgrade in the bathroom . Had a jacuzzi suite which wasn't expensive at all. Great hotel would recommend to anyone. Cheers
