  Was there for a conference. Decor was a bit dated. Conference room was a good size however the lights kept flickering because they installed CFLs with dimmers which are not compatible. Catered food was pretty good. Clean facilities.

  My parents stayed here for a few nights recently while visiting me in Toronto. They loved the decor and the service! It’s also pretty affordable. Overall it’s a good deal!

  Friendly staff, clean rooms, good pricing! I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and definitely recommend it! The rooms seem a little dated but have their charm to it. Breakfast is not included, however parking is free. The staff was very accommodating when we ran a little bit later than expected on the morning of our check out and extended our checkout by a few hours, no problem. Their indoor, heated pool is a nice way to start the morning.

  The front desk check in staff were pleasant and check in was quick and easy which was appreciated. This place was very nice, we had the queen Jacuzzi suite which was nice. The reason I've given it a 4 instead of 5 is because there was a strange noise with the fireplace when we had it on and even being a corner room the walls seemed super thin and we could hear everything outside. Also, the remote wasn't working properly for the tv and the Jacuzzi was not as clean as we would of hoped.

  To be clear, I was using one of the event rooms, not staying in the hotel itself. We also had dinner in the lounge. The hotel itself is nice, but showing signs of needing minor maintenance here and there. The A/V in the event room wasn't working properly and the sound was not very good as it seemed there was only speakers in the front half of the room. More care could have been taken setting up the room, for example there was a stack of round tables left in the corner instead of being hidden away somewhere. The dinner we had was acceptable food wise, but the service was unacceptably slow. It took more than 30 minutes from the first person being served to the last at our table as it seemed the kitchen only made one dish every 5 minutes or so. Otherwise, the location is convenient and parking is easy.
