  Dropped off my sports car for a tail light repair and paint scratch. Before leaving it with them, I reset the millage counter. Upon picking it up, I noticed 3.5 km on the odometer. Starting the car it was very sluggish. I drove off then returned to ask if the battery was off the car for awhile. The car has a performance flash tune on it. Disconnecting the battery for too long can reset the computer. This is what I think happened. Upon asking if this happened they said no. The battery was never disconnected. Only a battery disconnect will cause this hesitation, as the car has to relearn fuel trims. I also asked where they paint the cars, as I had a scratch they also fixed. He said on site. I asked the manager Bob why I had 3.5 km on the car then, from when I dropped it off. He had no idea. I had to suggest maybe to go talk to the guy who worked on my car. I would have thought he would have taken the initiative on this.. After talking to the mechanic he said the car never left the lot and again I asked why 3.5 km was on the car. He had no idea. He didn't seem to care to much about what happened. Only going back to saying the cars never leave the lot. What do we do I asked, he had no idea...So my car has 3.5km of mystery millage. How it was driven? Probably abused by some staff member. Worst part is he said he believed me, yet didn't seem to grasp the major problem of one of his staff taking joy rides in customers cars. He kept going back to saying cars never leave the lot. Ostrich in the sand.... If I was the manager I would have been pissed knowing one of my trusted staff did this... and would want to figure out how this happened. Sad.... Work wise it did seem they did an excellent job. Oh and I reflashed my computer and it is starting to behave normal again. Battery was definitely disconnected...

  Theu can t even boost a vehicle properly i wouldn t let these fools touch another one of my vehicles.

  Very good work done there overall. There were a couple lingering problems with my turn signal, but they were fixed immediately and for free on return visits.
