  I had booked an oil change for 8am. Which usually costs me about 30 minutes of my life and $85 including tax (2005 VW TDI Jetta). After waiting an hour and a half and finally asking them where my car was they hand me a $140 bill and a sticker good for 5,000km. Full synth is 8-10k. Staff is super friendly but damn, that was just ridiculous. And did they use 202 european spec oil even? Who knows...

  Always friendly and polite! Not sure what Joe was referring to. I have brought both my vehicles here for some time, and I always sit and wait. Listening to the staff interact professionally and politely with customers is refreshing. Everything is always explained (or shown in person) so I know exactly what's going on. Keep up the stellar service!

  Mechanics with a lack of attention to detail, you'll end up having to bring it back multiple times, then bring it to another shop to finally have it fixed. I definitely do not recommend them, bring your vehicles somewhere else.

  Awesome and quick service. In and out in fifteen for a headlight bulb replacement and was quoted at an hour by another auto service place. They were only place in city that would take me in to have headlight replaced. Strongly recommended

  This company took VERY good care of my brother who ran into difficulty coming home from the West while driving his motor home. The back tires fell off his motor home close to Thunder Bay - Wayne, the owner of Narvi's Auto Service, fixed and repaired the vehicle (major repair) from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 pm and only charged my brother $40 for wheel studs. In addition to that, he put gasoline in the motor home and his wife bought my brother a whole chicken dinner with all the trimmings. They sent him on his way and he's now home safe and sound! This company (family) deserve kudos for how they treated my brother - a total stranger. We are all very grateful for their compassion and know that one good turn deserves another! Bless you guys!!!!
