I stop there in June for a suddenly problem with my brakes on my travel trailer I told them it was probably an electric problem between the pick up truck and the trailer. They put off the four wheels and they told me the brakes are burn, I was surprise of it but they are suppose to be professional so I agree, they changed also all the bearings. After a road test, no more brake, they put off the four wheels again and turn the drums, another road test and no more brake again, they check the wires near the wheels and dida road test no more brake they changed the plug of the big wire to connect to my pick up truck and did a road test, no more brake finally after two days in that garage they check the ground under the front frame near de coupling to the hitch and the problem was there. Two days in the garage a half tank of fuel and 1,700$ This garage is not professional, I do not recommend it to anybody, take care.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I was driving to Calgary when my car started misfiring, so I googled mechanics and brought it to Intercity. They found the problem but could not find a replacement so they did there best job to temporarily fix it and also located where I could get the part from (winnepeg). After all of this I was expecting to pay a lot. Instead, they gave me a very reasonable bill and got me back on the road. A big thanks to Intercity Auto Centre, you guys saved my ass!

What great customer service. My brother recently bought a used 2003 Ford F350, this unit came with a safety, or so we were told. Within the first few days we noticed the steering radius was not as good as it should be and the signal, brake, tail and headlight did not work. Thought it needed a wheel alignment and a relay or fuse replaced. Took it to Intercity Fleet to get that done. They called right away and said that the pitman arm was hitting the leaf springs and there were so many other items that should have not passed a safety. They had gone ahead and done a complete safety and came up with a list of over 15 items that would have not passed a safety. Chris and Derek, went over the truck with a fine tooth comb. They are in the process of fixing everything. I could not have asked for better service. The truck will be safe, but first and foremost my family will be safe!

Brought an arctic cat quad here to get repaired, the gas was leaking from the carb. You would think because they are the dealerships service centre they would know what they're doing. After the leak was "fixed" and I had to pay a hefty bill for a carb clean I picked up the quad and went for a ride. One day later gas dripping out the same as before. I called them and told them what was going on, they were happy to have it back to see the real problem causing the leak saying that now I need to pay an additional bill of whatever part was required. I reluctantly agreed. It was there for about a week for the second time. I then went to pick it up. Drove it into the back of my truck and what do you know as soon as it got up into the bed....more gas leaking. This was unacceptable to me and when I thought to myself I should make a review about this place. They eventually fixed it after the third time in the shop but this is not what I expected at the dealerships service center. I would half expect it if it was my buddy fixing the leak or just a guy working out of his residential garage. I didn't get any discount or reimbursement from them for driving back and forth and loading/unloading the quad. It actually ended up being several hours as I live no where near that place. 10/10 would not recommend bringing any quads here as they clearly don't have the knowledge and/or experience to get the job done right the first time...or the second time...Maybe the third though.
