::This is an excellent facility. Its warm, welcoming, the staff are excellent. It feels more like a home than a gym. High end hotel like hospitality, with a spa like atmosphere. This gym, really got it right!! Very impressed. Love coming here!

::My experience thus far has been outstanding at World Health. I couldnt be happier with my decision to start here. The staff are engaging and positive, and have treated me with upmost respect. Equiptment, change rooms, bathrooms, & showers are all well kept and in good condition. Its all in all a great environment to reach my personal goals. I'd 10/10 recommend this gym to any one of my friends. Keep it up!💪💪

::Bay Club Location is great and convenient for me as i work and live downtown. It is so clean and everyone is very friendly, the employees greet me by name every visit. The ladies changing room is stocked with everything that we would need after our sweat session, its refreshing! I am very happy to be training with Paul. He is amazing!

::I asked if I could take a quick tour of the facility. After a 15 min wait, the manager Will appears from the washroom. He says I had to go through "proper" procedures before I can look at their 1 floor gym. I've been to premium gyms e.g. Fit Athletic Club, with hot tubs, pools, 2 levels with balcony workout areas and they welcomed my membership with open hospitality. Apparently Will and his World Health Calgary gym is too private/luxurious for the likes of me. I would not recommend this place.

::This company is a total rip off. Upon cancelling, because I was moving, I had to pay nearly 500$. During the initial meeting I stressed I would be moving soon and was told something along the lines of being able to 'freeze' your account. The money they take for "improvements" is also total bs. There is still the same hole in the roof from when I started going there to the time I stopped. I'm not impressed at all how the cancellation was handled. I went in initially to the club to be told that I would need to call a number for the head office. I called the number and was then told I would need to call the club to cancel. I then called the club and was told again I would have to call the number on the card but not to worry and they would set it up for me. After no response for a day, I called this number I was given, again, and stressed I had moved and was not able to make it in person. I was then given an email which I then was finally able to cancel. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. I was also told incorrect information by every person along this line of staff members and phone calls. Originally I would just have to pay the cancellation fee, then it became the training sessions and the cancellation fee, then it was only the training sessions. Then it was everything again. As a business you need to communicate to your staff so you are not relaying incorrect information to customers. I would 10/10 never ever recommend this place to anybody. If you love wasting money this is the place for you.
