::Very decent gym and friendly staff. The only downside is it is a bit small and they are missing some equipment but other than that its a great location to work out at.

::Staff here is very friendly and experienced, the facilities are clean and well equipped, and the trainers are phenomenal. I personally work with Yemi and he's helped me both understand and improve on my fitness, would highly recommend anyone to join up.

::Great spot. Friendly staff. Place is kept tidy. Gets pretty busy around 5:30pm but then again so does the Deerfoot. Always enjoyed working out here.

::I highly recommend training with Hansen. Regardless of your fitness level I've noticed that Hansen has a very diverse client base. If you meet with him you'll understand why. Personally I've been going to the gym for over ten years and never really saw much benefit in additional help as i knew my way around the gym. But when I moved to Calgary and signed up at a new gym i took them up on the free training session. After only 1 session of personal attention with Hansen I had a completely different outlook. I ended up purchasing a training package. Hansen helped build a realistic diet and fitness plan to best meet my needs. I had a preexisting back injury and for that reason would often skip doing certain exercises for fear of another injury. Rather than avoiding these exercises Hansen insisted I perform them under his supervision so that I could properly strengthen my back, and avoid injuring it again down the road. I now can comfortably do these exercises on my own. Even when I'm working out on my own at the gym and not specifically training with Hansen he keeps an eye out on me and will often stop by with advice and pointers on my form. You can tell this is someone who genuinely cares about the health of his clients. If you're someone who wants to be healthier but may be intimidated by gyms, Hansen is the guy to see. His vast amount of knowledge concerning not only fitness but the overall human body and function is truly quite impressive.
