  I live close and the past two times ive been here ive felt cheated. First occassion I asked for a lotto max, he didnt ask me if I wanted the extra(I didnt) and he put it on, I pointed it out and he just said "have a nice day" and smiled. Today I went in and asked for cash back, I realized after that he charged me $3, told him I wish he would have told me and if I knew it was $3 I wouldnt have gotten it. "Have a nice day" again. So, I wont be back, I hope your short term thinking is of great detrement to you, as you have now lost a long term customer.
