  While the night drop off and pick up is convenient, the prices here are astronomically high. We dropped off a Hugo Boss suit to be dry cleaned, came back with marks on it and the legs had shrunk. When we asked them about it they said to take it back to where we bought it. A black trench coat that we sent in came back faded. We stopped using their cleaning services last year, but then thought I would give them a try again and dropped off three items that needed the hem repaired. The charge came back at $95! They were just small alterations to the hem and not full changes. We were willing to pay more when we were told that the cleaning is enviro friendly, but not willing to pay double for an alternation that has no enviro impact, and not willing to pay for poor quality. Very poor value for the money spent at this establishment, we will not be using their services anymore.

  Good cleaning, highish but not outrageous prices ($34.65 to clean a 2-piece suit). 24-hour kiosk has a password which is 1234, this does not appear on your dropoff slip, or the email, or anywhere in the instructions. You have to wait for them to open to tell you the password. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a 24-hour kiosk.

  usually a good service for dress shirts, but they struck my $300 sweater when trying to get a stain from it. it went from large to kid's size. Pretty disappointing

  Did the job, my clothes were clean and smelled good afterwards. Didn't do the bigger stuff (comforter, etc...) because it was so pricey.

  I have been using village cleaners over the past 8 months for alterations and dry cleaning. I have been very impressed with the quality of work and the timely manner my articles have been returned to me. The store front is very clean and modern. I love the automated night pickup and drop off. Its very convenient that the store has free short term parking for those quick stops. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff working at the front desk and their appearance reflects the style of this business.
