  6-months and they still have NOT addressed our claim. I feel so ROBBED at the moment. Completely unprofessional and undignified behavior. No return calls, the complete run around. Reporting to Better Business Bureau.

  Horrible service. Brought a white t-shirt with a make up stain on it from my work (Which is usually extremely easy to get rid of, just go to any normal dry cleaners) and they returned it with the stain even worse and they put a hole in the collar. They said they would get it drycleaned again and now they can't find the t-shirt. Never bring your stuff here.

  I use these folks because it's convenient but the service is terrible! They are never open during posted hours. Some of the employees are really dense. Do not recommend going here!!

  These people unfortunately shouldn't be in business. They pulled off the cardinal sin of washing 100% wool pants when it clearly states dry clean (and I paid to dry clean them). The damage and shrinkage was obvious after. I'm praying now the lady who alters my suits can fix the issue. Truly disappointing that someone can make such a horrific blunder.

  WORST service I've received in my life. When it comes down to services, I have a vast experience in receiving the best to worst. This place doesn't even deserve the word worst. My order has been lost for over a month now and no one is being responsible. The clerks working there have no power to do anything and the management would never return the call. They have been saying someone will call.. someone will call for a month now and it's ridiculous. Whoever is using the dry cleaner, pray that they won't mess up your order. If they do, they won't be responsible for it at all. Worst place ever. Stay away. Unless you don't care if your clothes get lost.
