  I am a senior, and I work part time with a low salary. I am not used to going to nice jewelry stores because I have the feeling that the staff look down on me. One day after work, I passed by the store, and a lady gave me a welcoming smile. I walked into the store to take a look around. The staff were so helpful. They showed me some unique hand made jewelry that I have never seen before, all at a great prices. I was so impressed with the selections they offered. Even though I wasn't ready to buy any thing by that day, I would come back another time when I need some jewelry or to repair mine. I would even recommend it to my friends, relatives and co-workers, because of their excellent services.

  I have a 20 years old Rolex watch. I have never cleaned nor done any maintain work with my watch. Because I have went to multiple jewelry store to get it clean but the prices was too high. One day me and my wife saw a men exit the store looking happy. I came in and asked to clean my Rolex watch. Not only did they clean my watch but they also repair the broken pieces for only half of the prices compare to other jewelry store. I got my watch back in 2 days and was very satisfied with the result. I recommend all my friend and family about this store.

  Went here to get my NEW watch sized and it gets scratched. The woman took 30 minutes to size it then scratches about 4 links of my watch bracelet. I am SO angry. They eventually replaced the links with the ones they took out earlier yet there are still some scratches on it... I haven't worn it once. Not to mention the bracelet is still too big but I would rather pay than to get it done here for free. Avoid if you don't want your new items to get damaged.
